Mary Kay Career Conference 2017 & Red Jacket Retreat Nafisah Omar Area 2017

Last weekend was insane! Okay, that is not the right word. My weekend was packed with Mary Kay events; Career Conference 2017 and Red Jackey Retreat Nafisah Omar Area 2017. Let me tell you one thing..

Heck, I WANT TO BE AN EXECUTIVE SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR! 

Amboi, bukan main jauh dia fikir. Why not NSD je terus? 😂 

Career Conference 2017

The event was held at Sunway Convention Centre which I personally feel it is time to change to a bigger venue. Masa registration je pun I dah stuck di tengah lautan and I had a minor panic attack for a few minutes. Me and my anxiety 😅

The day was filled with updates by the company and of course, RECOGNITION. If you love to be recognised for your job well done, here is the platform. 

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY:

First time I naik stage! Haha! My Sales Director achieved her first Pink Car Challenge. So we are now a Pink Car Unit!  Apa maksudnya tu? Maksudnya, our unit achieve a certain target of sales and our SD dapat Pink Camry for achieving the target.

Red Jacket Retreat Nafisah Omar Area 2017

This event memang very impactful for me. I left Armada Hotel feeling so SEMANGAT! We had 8 mentors for the day and all the mentors punya story berlainan.  Ada polis, ada tentera, housewife, and macam-macam. We even have Beauty Consultants who were penebar roti canai! The 2 sisters are seriously too pretty to just jual roti canai. 

Cepat atau lambat, kalau tak give up sure dapat.  Kita cuma kena percaya dengan diri sendiri dan berpegang kepada BIG WHY kita. Niat kita berbusiness. BELIEVE! 

So siapa yang dah naik Red Jacket but belum pergi event ni, pergilah. Gila rugi kalau tak join.
